The one-family home is positioned in a small 10x18m lot, ensuing from 1/3 of a standard lot, positioned close to the middle of Asunción which has a Yvapovõ (Melicoccus lepidopetalus) tree with a big diameter crown, thought of a melliferous tree, particularly when it’s in bloom, a stage during which it fulfills the operate, particularly for bees.
